Little Miss went in for her 9 month checkup today. 19 lbs and 27 inches, which puts her just above the 50th percentile for weight and just below 50th for height -- starting to tail off of that 90th percentile for weight, now that she is mobile. To compare, big brother was 19 lbs 8 oz and 28 1/4 inches at this age (and 35th and 50th for his percentiles, respectfully). The doctor emphasized her excellent motor skills and says that she has the ability now to walk, it is just a matter of when she decides to go for it. The doctor wasn't worried about her runny nose -- chest was clear and all that. The two bottom teeth are about to pop through any day now. She was very ticked at the flu shot and generally grumpy about being woken up to see the doctor, but otherwise, all is good!

Dude...you have GOT to start walking. When you walk, you can move more quickly, and can finally reach all those places that the Milk Dispenser And Boo Boo Fixer won't let you go right now.
