We have been trying to do some "special" time alone with each kid recently, and Daddy Mac planned a great morning for his time with mister. He arranged a visit to the local firehouse followed by ice cream! Mister was so excited and wore his fire truck t-shirt specially for the event. He got to see one of the fire trucks up close, talk to two firemen, try on their helmets, and he even sneaked a peek at the police cars next door. Even though it sounds like he was a little intimidated by the truck up close, he was clearly impressed and still talks about the trip frequently, even now a couple of weeks later.
