I don't know about the seated method of flying a kite, but it seemed to work for her.

Kite Day
The McShorties did their version of a February kite day today, enjoying the balmy last day of February. I will say that two inexperienced and overeager kids, plus only one parent, plus 3 kites, plus blustery day equals a LOT of tangled kite string. However, the smiles on the faces made up for the aggravation.
I'm doing it!
I don't know about the seated method of flying a kite, but it seemed to work for her.
