My kids like artichokes? Never would have guessed that one. I guess the pulling and the dipping has its kid appeal. It goes to show that there is never any harm by seeing if they want to try a bite!
This was a McShortie-invented game of "roll the cucumber." Apparently it makes a fun sound when rolled across the hardwood floor. We put in a little garden this summer and are just starting to have fun harvesting some of the goodies (tomatoes, eggplant, basil, sweet peppers, zuccchini, and a LOT of cucumbers). As they say on Sesame Street . . . do the veggie dance!

It was great to see you guys the other day. The kids crack me up, like little Miss continually bringing me back the KU basketball. She's so cute!
