The Natural

Ok, so we had our fishing minor miracle in the last post. But Little Miss had discovered a PINK rod and reel in the boathouse on one of her previous visits (she had certainly made herself at home in that boathouse).

 She was pretty much a natural with the rod...from the style...

To the concentration...

 To the casting. Seriously, she was a natural!

Her relationship with this lure became complicated--by the end of the day she had stepped on it (it is a large mouth bass lure with a nasty large hook covered with a cute rubber frog). Lots of loves from Mommy and Daddy later, she toughed it out!
