Virginia!

Still posting pictures from August. I'd better get caught up on blogging, because life certainly hasn't been standing still. A couple of shots from the second leg of our road trip -- visiting Aunt Short in Virginia! We first stopped at another of Mama's alma mater's and practiced being a statue even more.Next, Aunt Short had a major forestry project, which required the able assistance of all McShortiesPicking up those nasty horse chestnut balls, and hauling away the remnants of the tree that Aunt Short and Granddad Short were taking out.

It was a BIG tree. Lots of remnants. Her town has a very cool truck that comes along and picks up the debris streetside! Both McShorties loved to watch that.Even Grandmother Short got put to work!

However, it wasn't all work. We got to enjoy the swing.

And we had fun riding the pig while picking up some barbeque for dinner.

Had a great time in Virginia, and can't wait to go back!
