Whew

Wow, what a month. In the span of one month, we 1) hosted 3 major parties, 2) took 2 trips to Florida, 3) suffered through 4 people with stomach flu (Daddy Mac was spared -- man, that guy has a great immune system, but poor Grandmother Short also got hit!), and 4) started a major construction project in our backyard to add a porch, patio and another garage bay. Oh yeah, and we attended a bunch of great KU basketball games, KU Vespers, decorated for Christmas, ordered Christmas cards (but not sent yet -- sorry!), saw Santa, attended a preschool Christmas program, and started some Christmas shopping. Feeling a little behind this year, but looking forward to the holidays actually being relatively calm compared to the past month! Wishing everyone a little peace and tranquility in this busy (but fun) season!Mr. McShortie "helping" decorate by creating a fort out of the Christmas decorating boxes.
